Standards and expectations for coaches on SmashCourt

Getting Started

Complete your profile with accurate experience, specialties, and a clear bio. Use a real photo. Set a fair and transparent rate.

Working With Players

Respond to requests within 48 hours. Communicate clearly about scheduling, location, and what to expect. Be punctual and professional.

Community Standards

Be welcoming to all skill levels. Do not discriminate. Keep all communication inside the SmashCourt app. Do not share personal contact details with players until a relationship is established.

Cancellations

Give players at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension.

Payments

Rates are agreed between coach and player. SmashCourt payment integration is coming soon. Until then, coordinate payment directly with your player.

Suspension Policy

Coaches who violate community standards, receive repeated complaints, or engage in inappropriate behaviour will be suspended. Suspended coaches are removed from the marketplace immediately.
